Islamic Terrorism

I teach muslims at an aeronautic college. The topic is World History. Guess you could say I'm at ground zero. As I was going to an evening protest against the Hyatt hosting a dinner for Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the President of Iran, Islam was on my mind all day long.

On the subway the tape played the announcement that those in New York no longer pay attention to, "If you see a suspicious package, report it. All bags and backpacks are subject to random search by the New York Police Department. Thank you and have a safe day." I have always thought inserting "Because of Muslims" between the first and second sentences.

While funny, this suggested insertion is not inaccurate. While not all muslims are terrorists, nearly all terrorists are muslims. Because of the presence of muslims, we have lost basic rights. Safety requires that we now allow police to randomly search our backpacks. If it were not for 9 - 11 we would have no patriot law. This is a cost for those who prize diversity to consider.

On the bus I take after my subway I sat with a student named Muhammad. He has just arrived from Pakistan. He told me that the North of Pakistan is safe, but the cities are dangerous. He did not realize that the cities are unsafe because of the idyllic north. He is not evil, but clueless.

Muhammad should not be allowed in my university. Though personally nice, his clueless nature and frequent trips to Pakistan make him a perfect recruit. And as we have to accept the curbing of our rights due to Muslim's presence, it is not unreasonable to expect them to accept some restrictions in gratitude for letting them resettle here.

This would not be racist, it would be culturist. Racism is stupid. I would not discriminate against Muhammad because his skin is very dark. That would be ludicrous. But his coming from the country that would host Osama Bin Laden seems like a reasonable precaution. Racism is evil and stupid. But because cultural diversity is real, culturism is rational and necessary.

On the subway ride home, I noticed that the "whyislam.org" signs are now up. I later went to the website. It says that misunderstanding other cultures, not jihad is the greatest threat to civilization. Jihad, after all, means love. Multiculturalism teaches that there are no essential differences between cultures and that any mention of one must be mistaken. Culturists know that diversity is so broad it includes cultures that kill for their God - Jihad.

To resolve this situation, someone should get the URL "whyNOTislam.org" We should link it to jihadwatch and produce stickers to place on all of the Islamic propaganda signs.

At the rally people all descried Americans hosting Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. I concur. It is inappropriate to dialogue with people that kill gays and seek the destruction of our partner nation in the West, Israel. I did disagree with the neo-cons who think we should invade Iran and turn them into the western outpost their citizens really desire to be. I think we should take out his nuclear development sites. But beyond that, I argued that thinking countries are all just little Americas waiting to realize it ignores cultural factors that will undermine our efforts.

I condemn Muslim presence in America because we are essentially different. The senator who wrote the law protecting Americans from libel tourism discussed threats to our freedom of speech. And that phrasing is correct. It is "our" freedom of speech. We believe in it, not them. They protect their culture and we have a right to also. Iran is a Muslim nation. That is fine. We are not, that is fine too. We need to recognize that we have a culture and protect it.

Ahmadinejad does not need a podium in America to express his opinions. He has a worldwide audience at his command who will listen to and publish anything he says. Giving him the right to exercise freedom of speech in a country where freedom of speech is cherished seems ludicrous when compared to the lack of freedom of speech in Iran.

Your Mohammed needs to be deported today. One of the first red flags we're told about is people who travel back and forth.
Am I unkind in suggesting this? Probably. Is this a time to err on the side of STUPID? I think not.

hi, John.....all of this makes me so sick. Imagine how lax Obama would be on questionables? ESPECIALLY if they're muslim.

I get the distinct impression that Muslim activists have found all of our weak spots. You recall that in the aftermath of 9/11, we learned that terrorist controllers instructed their minions to use our Constitution against us – to their own advantage. Ordinarily, I would say this is good advice for anyone facing charges under our federal or state judicial systems. There is a difference, however … defendants and respondents do not seek to destroy the United States of America. As it happens, today’s Washington Post reported the shenanigans in Guantanamo Bay, where a lead terrorist has begun challenging the military judge (a Marine colonel) based on his religious beliefs, the books he reads, the movies he watches. I suppose the idiot is attempting to establish an appellate argument that a Muslim cannot receive a fair trial under any venue other than Shari’ah Law. What I hope he learns in the long run is, “Do not irritate the trial judge … and particularly if he is a Marine Corps officer.

I do absolutely agree with you about the mystical intelligence quotient, even among those with advanced degrees. There are some unwrapped synapses in there somewhere, and it’s in the DNA. Our problem appears to be that, unlike George Bush, most of lack the ability to see the souls of men. When immigrants arrive at our shores, when they take the oath of a naturalized citizen, we take them at their word. The problem is, similar to that incident on the steps of the Roman Senate … they come not to praise Caesar; they come to bury him. What is the solution, Dr. John?

Mustang, et al, culturism is the answer!! That and the policies which flow from it.

#1 is immigration control on a culturist basis. I am going, this very morning to teach Muhammed again. I hope he learns and thus gets an affiliation for Western civ. Unfortunately, I doubt that I can program him so well that a community of Mullahs could not reprogram him. Cultural affinity has a large influence on belief.

Culturism would tell us that we have a culture and so a right to discriminate in its favor. It is the height of blindness to say, just because he comes from the country which the 9-11 bombers make their headquarters, we cannot discriminate against folks going into flight school. Sure we can!! It makes sense!!!

What would be the loss to us if we did not? What would be the gain? And don't say loss is the loss of our rights. You only have rights as an American citizen if you are one. People in Pakistan do not have a "human right" to come to America and go to flight school.

Z, Muhammad may have some procedural rights now that he is in and enrolled. But we must stop it with him. Those who do not learn the lessons of the past are so very, very condemned to repeat them. And we've forgotten Western civ.

This story also conveys why I think attempts to turn other nations Western via military is a poor second option to border control (beyond the cost). Just as I on Muhammad, our influence there will be temporary. When the cultural leaders via teaching, terrorizing their populace or a combination, take back control after we depart, I doubt Islam will have been turned into a Western progressive religion.

Thanks for the posts!

PS Have ya'll gone to whyislam.org? Their ads are all over the NYC subways. Propaganda! We can give many reasons why not. If you're bored one day and need to be riled, check it out.
